Custom portal & web platform development
When a programme outgrows Google Forms, spreadsheets and email threads, it needs one portal. We design and build portals that take in registrations and submissions, route them to the right reviewers, and report results as they happen.

Who it’s for
A process that works for fifty people breaks at five hundred. Entries pile up in inboxes, reviewers work from different spreadsheets, and nobody has the full picture until it is too late to act on it.

How a portal gets built
- 01
Map
We walk through the process as it runs today, every form, inbox and spreadsheet, and agree what the portal replaces.
- 02
Design
Screens for each role (applicant, reviewer, organiser, admin), reviewed with you before code is written.
- 03
Build
Built in stages you can click through on a preview link, and tested for your busiest day.
- 04
Launch & run
We launch, watch the first live cycle closely and stay on for support.
Questions
How much does a custom portal cost?
It depends on the roles, workflows and integrations involved. After a short call we send a written quote with milestones, so you know the cost before work starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. The quote comes with a timeline, and for an event or an intake we plan backwards from the date it has to be live.
Will it hold up on our busiest day?
That is planned for from the start. The Vadodara Hackathon portal took thousands of participants through registration and live results at peak traffic without downtime.
Can we use it again next year?
Yes. Portals are built to run the next edition without a rebuild, and Conference Central runs several conferences on one platform.
Who owns the finished work?
On final payment you receive full usage rights to the deliverables for your business. If you need the source code transferred to you outright, we write that into the contract.
Do you support it after launch?
Yes. Support and maintenance run on a plan agreed with the project, so fixes, updates and new features have a clear owner after launch.
