01The problem
A national toy design competition had no digital infrastructure. Entries were collected via email and printed forms, judging happened in disconnected spreadsheets, and participants had no visibility into whether their submission was received or under review. The process was fragile, inconsistent, and impossible to scale.
02What we built
We built a purpose-designed competition platform — participants submit entries through a structured form, judges access a dedicated review panel to score and comment, and results are published transparently on a public leaderboard. The entire system was built so non-technical users on both sides could use it confidently without any training.
03Deliverables
- Online entry submission with media uploads
- Structured judge review panel
- Category-wise filtering (age group, theme, material)
- Real-time submission status for participants
- Public leaderboard & result announcement
- Admin management dashboard
04Impact
For the first time, every submission had a traceable status. Judging became consistent and documented. Organizers moved from managing 200+ email threads to a single platform — and participants trusted the process because they could see it.
