01The problem
The client managed every event manually — WhatsApp confirmations, Excel tracking sheets, and last-minute chaos. There was no way to see registrations in real time, no branded presence, and no scalable process. Every event felt like starting from scratch. Organizers were juggling three tools and still missing details.
02What we built
We designed and developed Eventum — a purpose-built event platform where organizers create listings, collect registrations, and monitor attendance from a single dashboard. The interface was designed for non-technical users with zero learning curve. Every touchpoint — from the landing page to the confirmation flow — was crafted to reflect the organizer's brand.

04Impact
