01The problem
Running multiple academic conferences simultaneously — each with its own committee, deadline, review track, and registration — was operationally exhausting. Organizers stitched together Google Forms, email chains, and spreadsheets for every event. There was no consistency, no central visibility, and no way to scale.
02What we built
We built a unified conference platform where every event gets its own branded page, submission portal, and timeline — all managed from a shared backend. Research paper submissions are tracked through a structured workflow. Schedules are published dynamically. Attendees register directly through the platform.

04Impact
