Only what you choose to send us. This website has no sign-up and no form that stores your details. When you send a brief from the Contact section, your own email app opens with the message filled in; nothing is sent until you press send, and it reaches us as a normal email.

• Contact details you share by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, company and role.
• Project details you choose to include, such as your goals, budget range and timeline.
• Anything else you send us while we talk or work together.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (for example, which sections are read and which devices are used), so we can improve it. It only loads if you choose "Allow" in the cookie banner. It then sets cookies and sends Google details such as the pages you view, your approximate location, browser and device. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and it may be processed outside India.

If you choose "No thanks", no analytics or advertising scripts load and no cookies are set. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again. You can change it any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

We do not use advertising or remarketing trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use these logs to identify you.

We use your information only for these purposes, with your consent given by contacting us. We never sell or rent it, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

• To deliver, invoice and support the work we agree on.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Only with the services we need to run our business, under their own privacy and security terms: our email provider (Hostinger), our website host (Vercel), Google Analytics (only if you allow it), and accounting or legal advisers when required. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside India.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and project and billing records for as long as the law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or stop using it (withdraw consent). For analytics, you can withdraw consent yourself with "Cookie settings". You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people working on your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to protect what you share.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle information (for example, by adding a contact form), we will update this page and the date above first.
