Informal phone enquiries became structured digital leads with faster follow-up.
What changed
- No dedicated digital homeFocused program portal
- Manual phone-call inquiriesStructured inquiry form
- Lower perceived credibilityHigh digital brand authority
- Information silos (fees/eligibility)Centralized curriculum access
01The problem
A specialized drone and aerial technology program had no dedicated digital home. Students researching the program had to call an office to get basic information like fees, eligibility, and course structure. The lack of a web presence made the program look less credible than it actually was, costing prospective students to programs with better online visibility.
02What we built
We built a focused program portal structured around the questions every prospective student asks — what will I learn, who teaches it, am I eligible, how do I apply. The site showcases the program curriculum, faculty highlights, eligibility info, and a direct enrollment CTA that captures interest at the moment of decision.
03Deliverables
- Program overview with structured curriculum breakdown
- Faculty profiles and credentials section
- Eligibility criteria and intake details
- Online inquiry and enrollment form
- Mobile-first, fast-loading layout
- SEO optimization for program-specific search terms
04Impact
The program moved from zero web presence to a credible, searchable digital asset. Inquiries shifted from informal phone calls to structured form submissions — making follow-up faster, more organized, and measurably more effective.
