The content on this website is for general information about our work. Results, figures and case studies describe past projects and are not a promise of the same outcome for your business. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content, design or code without written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, Kreative Knot Media, its founders, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or our services, including loss of data, revenue, reputation or business opportunities.

All deliverables, whether design, marketing campaigns or software, are produced with the client’s input and approval at each stage. The client is responsible for the final use and implementation of the deliverables.

• Software, digital assets and creative work we produce are licensed to the client for their own business use.
• Clients may not resell, redistribute or reproduce our designs, code or campaign strategies without prior written consent.
• Our proprietary tools, workflows, code frameworks and campaign templates remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement says otherwise.

• Unless transferred in a signed contract, we keep ownership of the creative concepts, code and strategies developed during a project.
• On full payment, the client receives usage rights to the final deliverables (branding, website, campaign assets or software modules).
• Clients may not claim authorship or ownership of pre-existing frameworks, source code or design components used in the project.

• Payments follow the terms in the official proposal, quotation or invoice.
• Work begins after the agreed advance payment.
• Remaining payments are due before final handover or deployment.
• Delayed payments may lead to the project being paused, access being restricted, or the engagement ending.
• Because our work is custom, payments are not refundable once a project has started or services have been delivered.

Deliverables are tested for functionality and compatibility within the agreed scope. Beyond that, we give no warranty, expressed or implied, about performance on every device, browser or third-party integration. Support and maintenance, where included, follow the service-level agreement or retainer plan the client chooses.

Revisions are limited to the number in the proposal. Extra revisions, changes in strategy or new features beyond the agreed scope are treated as new work and billed separately, after we confirm feasibility and timeline.

We may pause or end a project, campaign or engagement in cases of:

• Non-payment or breach of the agreed terms.
• Abusive or unprofessional behaviour towards our team.
• Unauthorised sharing of project files, strategies or source code.
• Misuse of the Kreative Knot Media name, brand or credentials.
• Any fraudulent, unethical or illegal activity.

We keep client data, ideas and project details confidential and share them only when needed to complete the work or to meet legal requirements. Clients are expected to keep our processes, pricing and internal communication confidential in the same way. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
